    PATHFINDERS

Have you been thinking of making a change in your life or for the future? Are you finding it hard to believe that this change can actually happen?

Introducing PATHFINDERS - our new training programme.

PATHFINDERS is a programme that will help you to make that change happen. The change you’d like to make can be anything at all – personal, skills related, direction… anything. It can be a small but important change for you, or maybe something bigger - everyone will be different. PATHFINDERS is all about YOU and will help you to build confidence, explore setting goals, and discover ways to overcome challenges that could prevent the change from happening.

The PATHFINDERS programme is informal and interactive with facilitation and exercises for the different stages of the programme. At the end of the 3 sessions you will have a manageable picture of the change you wish to make and a plan you believe in to help achieve it.  You will also have information about follow-on supports that are available to you if you need them.
