Impact Measurement and Evaluation

Being able to demonstrate the impact of what it is your organisation does is important, especially if you are looking for funding or communicating about what you do. The training will provide an introduction to how to assess the impact of your work and tools that you can apply to measure the outcomes of your organisation's activities.

Trainer: Sarah Murphy has worked as a Programme Manager in national and international NGOs for over ten years where she led research and evaluation projects. She now works as a research consultant and trainer in the areas of evaluation and governance. Sarah also lectures on social policy and NGO governance.

This training is aimed at participants who currently work or volunteer with a local community group in DLR.
