Art From The Heart – DLR Social Prescribing

We would like to let you know that the DLR Social Prescribing Team at Southside Partnership DLR will have additional courses starting in collaboration with @libraries.dlr and supported by @creativeireland this Winter.

‘Art from the Heart – Mandala Therapy Workshop’ will be starting on Tuesdays from Nov 26th 2024 and will be running into January 2025. The course will have 8 sessions in total and is a wonderful journey of self-compassion and awareness through the ancient art form of Mandala.
