Healthy Food Made Easy course

In celebration of Festival of inclusion Southside Partnership DLR Healthy Food Made Easy invites you to join us from the comfort of your own home, while we cook simple healthy nutritious recipes.
We will discuss healthy eating, meal planning, food labels, smart shopping, and how to avoid food waste.
Participants can cook alongside the peer leader or cook the recipe at a time that suits them.
When: 14th, 15th 16th, and 18th of October (4 sessions)
Time: 11 am – 12:30 pm
Participants will be provided with a handbook.
