The Mindful Garden – DLR Social Prescribing

We would like to let you know that we actually have another ‘Mindful Garden’ course starting this Friday Nov 22nd 2024 at Aventine Gardens.
Time: 2-4pm.
This course will be open to anyone aged 18 and over.
This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in expanding their gardening skills, in connecting with nature and others and learn more about the practice of mindfulness.
The course will last for 7 weeks with term 1 starting before Christmas and term 2 continuing after Christmas. It will be a great way to find calm, peace and inspiration during this busy time and have something nurturing to look forward to in the new year. Eligibility criteria apply.
