Your Local Area Employment Service (LAES) is an employment support service provided by Southside Partnership DLR (SSP) under contract to the Department of Social Protection. Southside Partnership delivers LAES in Dún Laoghaire – Rathdown.

LAES provides jobseekers with the opportunities, skills, training and support required to establish financial independence, whether that be gaining full-time employment or establishing a business.
