We recognise that people who are long-term unemployed can often face multiple and overlapping challenges—such as limited education, mental and physical health challenges, homelessness, addiction issues and marganalisation. Together we will identify innovative opportunities for long term investment that will enhance opportunity for individuals and communities who may experience social exclusion to have equal access to education, employment, health, economic and cultural initiatives. - [Health & Wellbeing](https://southsidepartnership.ie/service-category/health-wellbeing/) - Our Health and Wellbeing Team will collaborate with our strategic partners and key community stakeholders to deliver a range of programmes and initiatives aimed at enhancing positive physical, emotional, and mental health and wellbeing for individuals at all stages of life. Our priority is to embed healthy behaviours from childhood through to all stages of adulthood, including older age, across the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County. Led and influenced by national and international policy, we will deliver and promote creative and innovative responses to further build communities where health and wellbeing is strengthened and valued. - [Integration](https://southsidepartnership.ie/service-category/integration/) - The Integration Team works with New Arrivals in our DLR community. We work with individuals promoting to access employment, education, health and wellbeing, and social inclusion events by offering a safe, welcoming environment that promotes independence and opportunities to thrive in their new community. Our New Arrivals Support Team provide a range of supports and services to Ukrainians and International Protection applicants living in group settings and host families across the DLR county. We offer one-to-one support to men, women and children to help them integrate into their new community through: Needs assessments, employment supports, educational supports, access to community integration programmes, to mental health and well-being opportunities as well as long-term follow-up and long-term accessibility to the team. Our Women’s Programme provides essential supports to Migrant and Irish women, as well as women in Ireland under International Protection and Temporary Protection. Our key focus is giving women a voice and empowering them by promoting gender equality, fostering cross-cultural understanding, and helping women reach their full potential through one-to-one support providing them with access to cultural events, education programmes, community education, activities, workshops and courses. - [Children, Young People & Families](https://southsidepartnership.ie/service-category/children-young-people-families/) - Our Children, Young people and Families Team believe all children have the right to lead active, healthy lives, achieving their full potential in learning and development, feeling connected and safe and having equal access to opportunity and economic security. Our Teams will work in collaboration with key community partners and stakeholders to develop and deliver a range of evidence-based programmes and initiatives aimed at providing early intervention and prevention for the whole family.
