Southside Partnership DLR was a winner of the National Q Mark Award for Quality Management Systems in 2018 and nominated again for 2019, in relation to our Local Employment Service. This year we extended the Q Mark to the whole organisation, which was a challenge we had set ourselves in our Strategic Plan. As this is our first year implementing the Q Mark across the organisation, we are confident that the ‘quality work’ that our staff have all contributed will represent a baseline for continuous improvement. Our Q Mark Audit took place on 3rd December 2020 and we are delighted to say that the EIQA Assessor has confirmed that we have exceeded the required standard to achieve the award of Q Mark – Level 2. Needless to say, we are delighted!
