Southside Partnership’s LES service is changing its name to the Local Area Employment Service (LAES) from September 1st. It is with regret that we wish to inform you that our Job Club will no longer be in operation, as and from August 31st 2022.
Job Club’s closure is due to the Department of Social Protection’s plan to set up a new service following on from a tendering process. This will affect all the Job Clubs throughout the country.
Southside Partnership’s Job Club has served the local community for over 25 years. During that time, we appreciated the trust that was placed in us to provide a confidential, client centred and supportive service.
We have valued the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives especially during challenging times by providing much needed support through workshops and one to one engagement.
We would like to thank everyone who actively engaged with Job Club and wish you well with all your future undertakings. All clients will continue to receive ongoing support up until August 31st.
If you were registered with Job Club in the past year and wish to receive a copy of your CV please contact us by August 28th by phone or email. Please see below for details.
From September 1st Southside Partnership will provide support to clients referred to us by the Department of Social Protection under the new service, the Local Area Employment Service (LAES). It may also be possible for clients to self-refer.
Please do not hesitate to contact us on 01 284 1977 or send us an email at les@sspship.ie if you have any additional questions.
We look forward to continuing to support individuals in our community on their journey to employment as part of a new Local Area Employment Service (LAES).
