Our Young People Personal Development Groups provide a safe space for young people to explore topics that are important to them.
Participants engage in workshops, discussions, and activities designed to build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. The groups create an inclusive environment where young people can express themselves and explore new interests.
Through teamwork, reflection, and creative challenges, participants develop problem-solving skills, self-awareness, and decision-making abilities. The programme encourages them to try new experiences, connect with peers, and grow in a supportive and empowering setting.
